moPos - Data Deletion Instructions

All your moPos data is stored locally on your device or in your own Firebase account. We do not store any of your business data on our servers.

To delete your data:

Local Data (Device Storage)

1. Open Android Settings
2. Go to Apps > moPos
3. Tap "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage"
4. Or simply uninstall the app

Firebase Cloud Data (if enabled)

1. Go to Firebase Console
2. Select your project
3. Go to Firestore Database
4. Delete collections: user_management, products, sales
5. Or delete the entire Firebase project

In-App Deletion

moPos has a maintenance section in Configuration Tab where users can delete all master records

Users can be mass deleted from Configuration > Maintenance > Users or individually from the User Tab

Products data can be purged from the system both locally and from the cloud from Configuration > Maintenance > Products

Sales data can be purged from the system both locally and from the cloud from Configuration > Maintenance > Sales

All locally stored settings (Configuration, Receipt, Label) can be cleared and reset to default by selecting the "Reset" button and "Save(Restart)"
